1025 5th Ave Apt 7AN was a total gut renovation of a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment located on “Museum Mile.” Kicked off in August 2020, the project involved a full-scale transformation of a 2,000 sq ft residence, blending refined craftsmanship with modern elegance. The kitchen was completely reimagined, featuring custom millwork in a soft matte white with warm beige undertones. A central island, topped with white marble, served dual purposes—dining on one side, and a dedicated cooking zone with a sink cutout on the other. We also designed and built a bespoke dining table to match the space. The scope included kitchen fixture installation, integrated lighting, wall smoothing and painting, and elegant flooring. In the bathroom, we installed large-format wall and floor tiles, a custom double-sink vanity, and full plumbing fixtures including a modern shower. The living room and bedrooms were refreshed with new paint and flooring, bringing warmth and cohesion throughout.
