For this project, we were entrusted with designing two loft kitchens in Brooklyn rental properties, completely transforming and adapting the spaces to accommodate large, functional kitchens. We embraced minimalism, blending industrial style with modernist elegance to create a sleek yet inviting aesthetic. Our work involved demolishing partition walls, leveling and painting walls, and installing stone panels and wooden lamella wall accents. We also laid stone flooring for durability and a refined look. The custom kitchen cabinetry was crafted from matte black wood and natural wood accents, complemented by black marble countertops for a bold, sophisticated contrast. To enhance the ambiance, we installed warm lighting in both kitchens, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. The project was completed with built-in appliances, kitchen fixtures, and full utility connections, making the spaces fully functional and rental-ready.
